Explore the practice of chanting and gain a better understanding of mantras and the stories that support them. Deepen your relationship with self and others through experiencing your own voice and vibrations of the heart. We will practice, chant, sing and laugh together as we encounter these powerful tools that give access to greater love, freedom and creativity. This workshop will include asana, mantra and discussion.
