Sacred Movement- This class is about dancing with the divine. It’s about feeling the calling from within to create motion and movement inspired by divinity. Shakti. Goddess. God essence. Permission to be free and evoke your powerful, sensual and playful spirit. Inspired by the Asana of Yoga, Dance & Martial Arts. We will warm the body saluting the Sun, work into the Chakra System finding energetic blocks and erupt into free movement all while staying rooted in our breath.
