Making Friends with Your Mind through Mindfulness—Cultivate the path to peace and happiness!

For most of us we spend our lives living in the ups and downs of our thoughts and feelings. It is through our ideas, stories and beliefs that we create our lives. Learning to make friends with our minds, we learn to step back from the world created by our thoughts and discover the inner peace and happiness that is independent from our thoughts.

Join Katherine in practicing mindfulness tools to create a path to your inner peace and happiness. The session will be 75 minutes long, and you will leave with skills you can take into your everyday life.

Katherine has practiced mindfulness for over 30 years, and it has transformed her life as she learns how to “love what is” by being in the present moment. She is a retired nurse practitioner and psychotherapist and currently has a life-coaching practice. She also offers Mindfulness Workshops and Retreats in homes, places of business, retirement communities, and yoga studios.
