Ayurveda is a magnificent preventative science. The 'knowledge of life' stems from being in tune and harmony with nature's rhythms. This session will explore the principles of Ayurvedic prevention though our daily routine and rituals. How we design our day and time goes a lot way in determining our state of balance and health. There will be an opportunity for each participant to develop an individualized daily or weekly routine.
