Limited Capacity filling up
This basic Acro Yoga workshop will have us leaning into each other, laughing with each other, and creating balance we never knew to be possible.  Bring your friends or come alone to this exploration of body and mind through many facets of Partner Yoga.

Acro Yoga gives us an opportunity to explore communication, trust, strength, grace and balance in a playful, artful and inspiring way.  Through these practices we can learn to give honestly, receive truthfully, and communicate clearly.  This workshop will offer us the chance to build on our strengths, strengthen our weaknesses, and break free of the bonds that hold us back from creating powerful and positive relationships (with ourselves and others).
