Sara is a yoga teacher currently pursuing her 500 hr., a Usui Shiki Ryoho 2nd degree initiate, a certified Sound Healer and a practitioner of shamanic healing techniques. She has explored many different modalities and is a certified Y12SR Space Holder (Yoga for 12 Step Recovery,) professional Hula Hoop performer, kids and teens yoga teacher, pre and post natal instructor as well as an ordained minister. She is eternally grateful for the opportunity to share these practices and her love of yoga, energy and vibration with others she meets on this path. She believes deeply in the power of these practices to create grace and ease as well as the necessity of sharing, processing and releasing in sacred space. She moves through the world heart forward continuously gathering new tools to heal herself while encouraging our community to dig deeper and love harder.
